Right-hand suspended engine mounting: Removal - Refitting

Note:
The positioning of the retaining shoe (12) of the
tool (Mot. 1672) must be the same as illustrated
above.
a Fit the retaining shoe (Mot. 1672) of the tool (12) un-
der the sump.
a Adjust the retaining shoe of the tool (Mot. 1672) un-
der the sump.
II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART
CONCERNED
a Remove:
- the lower engine tie-bar bolts,
- the upper engine tie-bar.

a Remove:
- the right-hand suspended engine mounting bolts
(13) ,
- the right-hand suspended engine mounting.
REFITTING
I - REFITTING PREPARATION OPERATION
a Always replace:
- the radiator mounting cross member bolts,
- the tie rod rear bolts.
II - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Refit the right suspended engine mounting.
a Torque tighten the right-hand suspended engine
mounting bolts (62 N.m).
a Refit the engine tie-bar.
a Torque tighten the engine tie-bar bolts on the
right-hand suspended engine mounting (105
N.m).
a Lower the engine until the rubber pad touches the
suspended engine mounting.
III - FINAL OPERATION
a Remove the retaining shoe of the tool (Mot. 1672).
a Unlock the retaining bar of the tool (Mot. 1672).
