Manual gearbox: Removal - Refitting
K9K, and TL4
a Refit:
- the engine undertray,
- the engine undertray bolts.
a Fit the gearbox control cables.
a Clip the gearbox control cables:
- on the cable sleeve stops,
- on the anchoring ball joints.
a Adjust the gearbox control cables (see Gear control
unit: Adjustment) .
a Connect:
- the revers gear connector,
- the intercooler outlet air pipe on the damper valve.
a Tighten the clip on the intercooler outlet pipe.
a Refit:
- the air filter box (see Air filter unit: Removal - Re-
fitting) (12A, Fuel mixture),
- the battery tray (see Battery tray: Removal - Re-
fitting) (80A, Battery),
- the battery (see Battery: Removal - Refitting)
(80A, Battery)
- the engine cover.
