a Torque tighten the intercooler air inlet pipe bolts
on the intake distributor (8 Nm).
a Fit the coolant pipe clip on the intercooler air inlet
pipe.
a Refit the coolant pipe nut on the air pipe.
a Tighten the coolant pipe nut on the air pipe.
a Refit:
- the battery tray (see Battery tray: Removal - Re-
fitting) (MR 415, 80A, Battery),
- the battery (see Battery: Removal - Refitting)
(MR 415, 80A, Battery).
- the engine cover,
