Coolant temperature sensor: Removal - Refitting

REMOVAL
I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION
a Drain the cooling system (see 19A, Cooling, Cool-
ing system: Draining - Refilling, page 19A-16) .
a Remove the air filter box (see 12A, Fuel mixture,
Air filter unit: Removal - Refitting, page 12A-13) .
II - REMOVAL OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Disconnect the coolant temperature sensor connec-
tor (1) .
COOLING
a Remove the clip (2) from the coolant temperature
sensor.

a Remove the coolant temperature sensor.
REFITTING
I - REFITTING PREPARATIONS OPERATION
a Always replace the temperature sensor seal.
a Remove the temperature sensor seal.
a Refit the new temperature sensor seal.
