Right-hand suspended engine mounting: Removal - Refitting

II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART
CONCERNED
a Remove:
- the upper suspended engine mounting bolts (12) ,
- the upper suspended engine mounting (13) .
a Remove:
- the bolts (14) securing the engine rubber pad on
the body,
- the engine cover bolts (15) on the engine mount-
ing,
- the right-hand suspended engine mounting.

REFITTING
I - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Refit the right suspended engine mounting.
a Fit without tightening:
- the engine cover bolts on the engine mounting,
- the bolts securing the engine rubber pad on the
body.
a Refit the upper suspended engine mounting.
a Tighten the upper suspended engine mounting.
a Tighten to torque:
- the bolts securing the engine rubber pad on the
body (62 N.m),
- the engine cover bolts on the engine mounting
(62 N.m).
II - FINAL OPERATION.
a Fit the expansion bottle by:
- inserting the expansion bottle into the holes in the
body,
- pushing the expansion bottle away from the en-
gine.
a Refit the expansion bottle bolt.
a Clip the fuel supply pipe on the right-hand suspend-
ed engine mounting.
a Remove the retaining shoe of the tool (Mot. 1672).
a Unlock the retaining bar of the tool (Mot. 1672).
a Remove:
- the retaining bar of the tool (Mot. 1672),
- the retaining bars of the tool (Mot. 1720).
a Remove the four pins of the tool (Mot. 1852).
a Refit:
- the radiator mounting cross member bolts,
- the tie-rod rear bolts.
a Torque tighten the tie-rod rear bolts (105 N.m).
a Refit:
- the engine undertray,
- the engine cover.
