Exhaust gas pressure sensor: Removal - Refitting
K9K, and 782
a Remove:
- the exhaust gas pressure sensor hollow bolt (9) ,
- the exhaust gas pressure sensor.
REFITTING
I - REFITTING PREPARATION OPERATION
a Always replace:
- the exhaust gas pressure sensor clip,
- the turbocharger air inlet pipe seal.
II - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Fit the exhaust gas pressure sensor.
a Refit:
- the hollow bolt of the exhaust gas pressure sensor,
- a new clip for the exhaust gas pressure sensor.
a Torque tighten the exhaust gas pressure sensor
hollow bolt (32 N.m).
a Connect the exhaust gas pressure sensor connec-
tor.
III - FINAL OPERATION
a Refit:
- the new seal of the turbocharger air inlet pipe.
- the turbocharger air inlet pipe.
EXHAUST
a Torque tighten:
- the turbocharger air inlet pipe bolts on the tur-
- the nut of the turbocharger air inlet pipe on the
a Refit the engine undertray.
a Connect the oil vapour rebreathing union to the rock-
er cover.
a Clip the control pipe of the turbocharging pressure
regulation valve onto the turbocharger air inlet pipe.
a Refit the air filter unit air outlet pipe.
a Clip the air flowmeter wiring onto the air filter unit air
outlet pipe.
