REFITTING
I - REFITTING PREPARATION OPERATION
a Remove the intercooler air inlet pipe seal on the tur-
bocharger side using a tweezers.

Note:
Check that the intercooler air inlet pipe seal is fit-
ted in the right direction on the turbocharger side.
a Fit a new seal to the intercooler air inlet pipe on the
turbocharger side.
II - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a
WARNING
Do not remove the blanking plugs from each
component until the last moment.
Also, do not remove the components from their
packaging until they are to be fitted to the vehi-
cle.
a Remove the blanking plugs.
a Refit the injector fuel return rail.
a Clip on the injector fuel return rail unions.
a Connect the injector fuel return rail quick-release
union.
a Refit the injector fuel return rail bolt on the rocker
cover.
a Tighten the injector fuel return rail bolt on the rocker
cover.
