Manual gearbox: Removal - Refitting
M9R, and PK4
II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART
CONCERNED
a Remove the nut (5) from the left-hand suspended
engine mounting rubber pad shaft.
a Detach the left-hand suspended engine mounting
rubber pad shaft.
a Remove:
- the bolts (6) from the rubber pad of the left-hand
suspended engine mounting,
- the left-hand suspended engine mounting rubber
pad.
a Tilt the engine using the tool (Mot. 1453-01).

a Remove the bolt (7) from the wiring on the gearbox
support.
a Remove:
- the bolts (8) securing the gearbox support.
- the gearbox support.
a Remove the upper nuts from the gearbox.
a Unclip the pipes of the heater matrix on the retaining
bracket on the gearbox.
a Remove the retaining bracket from the heater matrix
pipes.
