Cooling radiator: Removal - Refitting

a Remove:
- the nut (3) from the « compressor - condenser »
connecting pipe bracket on the condenser,
- the nut (4) from the « expansion valve -
condenser » connecting pipe bracket.
WARNING
In order to avoid any refrigerant leaks, do not
damage (deform, twist, etc.) the pipe.
a Disconnect the following from the condenser:
- the « compressor - condenser » connecting pipe,
- the « expansion valve - condenser » connecting
pipe.
a Remove the condenser air conditioning pipe seals.
a Insert the blanking plugs.

a Separate the clip of the top cooling hose (5) on the
cooling radiator using the tool (Mot. 1448).
a Disconnect the top cooling hose from the cooling ra-
diator.
a Separate the clip of the bottom cooling hose (6) on
the cooling radiator using the tool (Mot. 1448).
a Disconnect the bottom cooling hose from the cooling
radiator.
