Cooling radiator: Removal - Refitting

Mot. 1448 Remote operation pliers for
hose clips.
REMOVAL
I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION
a Position the vehicle on a two-post lift (see Vehicle:
Towing and lifting) (MR 415, 02A, Lifting equip-
ment).
a Disconnect the battery (see Battery: Removal - Re-
fitting) (MR 415, 80A, Battery).
a Remove:
- the engine cover,
- the engine undertray bolts,
- the engine undertray,
- the front wheels (see Wheel: Removal - Refitting)
(MR 415, 35A, Wheels and tyres),
- the front bumper (see Front bumper: Removal -
Refitting) (MR 416, 55A, Exterior protection),
- the headlights (see Headlight: Removal - Refit-
ting) (MR 415, 80B, Headlights),
- the front end panel (see Front end panel: Remov-
al - Refitting) (MR 416, 42A, Upper front struc-
ture).
a Drain:
- the cooling system (see 19A, Cooling, Cooling
system: Draining - Refilling, page 19A-16) ,
- the refrigerant circuit (see Refrigerant circuit:
Draining - Filling) (MR 415, 62A, Air conditioning).
a Remove the condenser (see Condenser: Removal
- Refitting) (MR 415, 62A, Air conditioning).
COOLING
a Rotate the intercooler air inlet pipe clip (1) .
a Disconnect the intercooler air inlet pipe from the in-
tercooler.
a Remove the clip (2) from the intercooler air outlet
pipe using a screwdriver.
a Disconnect the intercooler air outlet pipe from the in-
tercooler.
a Disconnect:
- the fan unit connector,
- the fan unit resistor connector,
