Expansion bottle: Removal - Refitting
F4R or K4M or K9K or M4R or M9R or V4Y
REFITTING
I - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Refit the expansion bottle.
a Connect:
- the expansion bottle bottom hose,
- the expansion bottle top hose.
a Using the (Mot. 1448) or (Mot. 1202-01) or (Mot.
1202-02) fit:
- the expansion bottle bottom hose clip,
- the expansion bottle top hose clip.
II - FINAL OPERATION
a Remove the tool (Ms. 583).
K9K or M9R
a Fit the manual priming pump on the expansion bot-
tle.
K4M – F4R – M9R, and 800 or 802 or 803 or 805 or
806 or 808 or 809 or 816 or 845 or 849 – V4Y
a Fit the power-assisted steering reservoir.
a Clip in the power-assisted steering reservoir.
a Fit the fuel pipes on the expansion bottle.
a Top up the coolant level in the expansion bottle.
a Refit the engine cover.
