High pressure pipe between rail and injector: Removal - Refitting
K9K, and 780
a Disconnect:
- the diesel injector connectors (14) ,
- the pressure regulation solenoid valve connector
(15) ,
- the (16) flow regulation solenoid valve connector,
- the fuel temperature sensor connector (17) .
a Unclip the injection wiring clip (18) .
a Remove the nut (19) from the injection wiring brack-
et.
a Move aside the rail protector injection wiring.
a Remove:
- the rail protector drain pipe,
- the rail protector nuts (20) ,
- the rail protector bolt (21) ,

- the rail protector,
a Loosen the injector rail nuts (22) by a few turns.
