Use the set port speed command to configure the speed of a port or range of ports.
In auto-negotiation mode, the port's speed is determined by auto negotiation. An error message
is generated if you try to set the speed when auto negotiation is enabled

Description
Number of the module
Number of the port on the module.
You can also specify a range of ports
separated by a dash, for example, 4/5-13 for
ports 5 to 13 on module 4.
