timers basic

Use the timers basic command to set RIP timers. Use the no form of this command to set
the RIP timers to their default values.
Syntax
timers basic update invalid
no timers basic

Example
To set the update timer to 30 seconds, and the invalid route timer to 180 seconds:
G350-001(router:rip)# timers basic 30 180
