To specify that rule 27 applies only to packets from an established TCP session:

tcp source-port

Use the tcp source-port command to define a source port with the TCP protocol for which
to apply the current rule. Use the no form of the command to specify that the rule applies to all
ports other than the defined port.
Note:
Issuing this command also sets the protocol to be TCP, if it is not already.
