ip tftp-server

Use the ip tftp-server command to enable the TFTP server. Use the no ip
tftp-server command to disable the TFTP server.

ip tftp-server file-system size
Use the ip tftp-server file-system-size command to set the TFTP file system size.
Use the no ip tftp-server file-system-size command to reset the TFTP file system
size to its default size.
Note:
It is possible to increase the memory allocation for the Sniffer cache application
Note:
at the expense of the TFTP file system size. The Sniffer cache application may
have been configured to use up to 1000 Kb of the default TFTP allocation of
18560 Kb, which would cause a conflict when setting the TFTP allocation to a
high value.
