clear ip dhcp-server binding

Binding is the allocation of an IP address to a client. Use the clear ip dhcp-server
binding command to delete IP address binding. You can delete all bindings or the binding of a
specific IP address. Clearing the binding of an IP address frees the IP address for reallocation
by the DHCP server.
When the DHCP server detects an IP address conflict after attempting to allocate an IP address
that is already in use, the server locks the IP address for half an hour by marking the IP address
with client-identifier 00:00:00:00:00:00:00. If you have solved the conflict before half an hour,
you can use this command to free the IP address for reallocation.
