Use the de pre-mark command to specify the threshold, in percents of CIR, to begin marking
non-high-priority packets (0-5) over the BC (committed burst) level and under the BE (excess
burst) level as Delete Eligible (DE) packets. Use the no form of the command to return the
threshold to its default value.
