cna-testplug-service

Use the cna-testplug-service command to enable the CNA test plug service on the
gateway. Use the no form of the command to disable CNA test plug service on the gateway. In
order to enable the test plug, both the test plug and the test plug service must be enabled. Use
the shutdown and no shutdown commands in the test plug context to disable/enable the test
plug itself.
