Oil pressure switch: Removal - Refitting

a Torque tighten the hydraulic distributor housing
bolts (8 N.m).
a Fit the cooling hose assembly.
a Connect the oil cooler cooling hoses of the automat-
ic gearbox.
a Refit the clips on the automatic gearbox oil cooler
hoses using the tool (Mot. 1448).
a Connect the thermoplunger unit hoses.
a Refit the clips on the thermoplunger unit hoses using
the tool (Mot. 1448).
a Connect the radiator lower hose.
a Refit the radiator lower hose clip using the tool (Mot.
1448).
a Remove the air inlet pipe seals of the intercooler us-
ing a tweezers.

Note:
Check that the seals of the intercooler air inlet
pipe are fitted in their groove the right way round.
a Refit new seals on the air inlet pipe of the intercool-
er.
a Rotate the clips of the intercooler air inlet pipe until
they are replaced in their groove.
Note:
The intercooler air inlet pipe is correctly clipped
on the turbocharger and the intercooler when the
clips are engaged in the turbocharger and inter-
cooler groove.
a Clip the air inlet pipe of the intercooler onto the tur-
bocharger and the intercooler.
a Refit the bolts on the intercooler air inlet pipe.
a Tighten the intercooler air inlet pipe bolts.
a Fit the cooling hose on the intercooler air inlet pipe.
a Refit the cooling hose nut on the intercooler air inlet
pipe.
a Tighten the cooling hose nut on the intercooler air in-
let pipe.
a Refit:
- the front end panel (see Front end panel: Remov-
al - Refitting) (42A, Upper front structure).
