PWM Control Register (PWCR)

The PWM control register (PWCR) is an 8-bit read/write register that controls the 14-bit PWM
functions. PWCR is initialized to H'FE by a reset.
Bits 7 to 1: Reserved
They are always read as 1. Writes are disabled.
Bit 0: Clock Select (PWCR0)
Selects the clock supplied to the 14-bit PWM.

The input clock is φ/2 (tφ = 2/φ)

The conversion period is 16384/φ, with a minimum modulation width of 1/φ
The input clock is φ/4 (tφ = 4/φ)
