Command introduced in JunosE Release 8.1.0.
Sets the maximum rate for the specified protocol. The no version sets the rate to the
value of the associated preconfigured protocol.
protocolValue—Name of the protocol
rateValue—Packets per second per line card, in the range 64–65335
