The frame number is inserted by the application software.
NUMBER
The frame number field is also updated by the USB controller when the
USB is configured as a host, to indicate that the SOF was transmitted.
Therefore the FRAME_N field should always be regenerated and rewritten
to the entry before SOF is issued.
31.10.2 USB Function Code Registers (RFCR and TFCR)
RFCR and TFCR control the value that the user wants to appear on the address type pins (AT1–AT3) when
the associated SDMA channel accesses memory, as well as the required byte ordering for the data buffer.
