The input pull-up MOS is always off.
On/Off: On when the pin is in the input state, PnDDR = 0, and PnODR = 1, otherwise off (when
PORTS in PTCNT2 = 0).
On when the pin is in the input state, PnDDR = 0, and PnPCR = 1, otherwise off (when
PORTS in PTCNT2 = 1).

Output Data Register (PnODR) (n = A to D and F to H)
