(1) PE4/ETMS, PE3/ETDO, PE2/ETDI, PE1/ETCK
The pin function is switched as shown below according to the operating mode.

Note: Pins PE4 to PE1 are not supported by the system development tool (emulator).
(2) PE0/ExEXCL
The pin function is switched as shown below according to the combination of the EXCLS bit in
PTCNT0 and the EXCLE bit in LPWRCR.
When the EXCLS bit in PTCNT0 and the EXCLE bit in LPWRCR are set to 1 in this order, this
pin functions as the ExEXCL input pin.
