P67/IRQ7/KIN7
When the KMIM7 bit in KMIMR of the interrupt controller is cleared to 0, this pin functions as
the KIN7 input pin. When the ISS7 bit in ISSR is cleared to 0 and the IRQ7E bit in IER of the
interrupt controller is set to 1, this pin can be used as the IRQ7 input pin.
The pin function is switched as shown below according to the P67DDR bit.

P66/IRQ6/KIN6
When the KMIM6 bit in KMIMR of the interrupt controller is cleared to 0, this pin functions as
the KIN6 input pin. When the EIVS bit in SYSCR3 is cleared to 0 and the IRQ6E bit in IER of the
interrupt controller is set to 1, this pin can be used as the IRQ6 input pin.
The pin function is switched as shown below according to the P66DDR bit.

When the KMIMn bit in KMIMRB of the interrupt controller is cleared to 0, this pin functions as
