Flash Erase Block Select Parameter (FEBS: General Register ER0 of CPU)
FEBS specifies the erase block number. Settable values range from 0 to 9 (H'00000000 to
H'00000009). A value of 0 corresponds to block EB0 and a value of 9 corresponds to block EB9.
Do not set a value outside the range from 0 to 9.
