OVERVIEW
This is TV Encoder which coverts digital video data to analog composite. TV Encoder in S3C6400 has a few
special features. First of all, it has the image enhancing engine. The image is enhanced by special effects.
Second, it supports the image display of various size. There are full, wide and original mode.
Additionally, TV Encoder in S3C6400 supports analog composite-out and S-video out.
