ESCRIPTION
This command sets the QoS traffic policing parameters on the traffic class. This
command is used in the Class mode. This command is used to apply policing on
the traffic class. The committed-rate keyword is compulsory. The excess-burst
keyword must be given if exceed-action parameter is set.
Action could be any one of the following:
1. Drop
2. Transmit
3. Set (marks the packet either in IP-precedence or IP-DSCP fields)
