ESCRIPTION
Enter this command in the Interface Configuration mode. This command
configures the maximum response time (in seconds) advertised in IGMP queries.

ESCRIPTION
Enter this command in the Interface Configuration mode. This command
configures the time-out value (in seconds) after which the router assumes itself to
be the querier on the interface.
Note: Make sure that all IGMP routers on LAN have same querier time-out. Else, router with
less querier time-out will always become querier.
