ESCRIPTION
This command is used in the Configuration mode. This command configures the
backup virtual router to learn the advertisement interval used by the master virtual
router. Learning and millisecond timers are mutually exclusive. That is, learning
cannot be enabled when millisecond timers are enabled and millisecond timers
cannot be enabled if learning is enabled.
