BGP CLUSTER ID
bgp cluster-id {<1-4294967295>|<ip-address>}

ESCRIPTION
Enter this command in the Router Configuration mode. This command can be
used to configure the cluster ID if the BGP cluster has more than one route
reflector.

Router ID of the route reflector is used as the Cluster ID.

used to specify a BGP confederation identifier.
