ESCRIPTION
This command is used in the Router Configuration mode. This command
establishes a virtual link with neighbor specified by router ID.

Identifier for the OSPF stub area as a decimal value.
Identifier for the OSPF stub area as an IP address.
Router ID associated with virtual link neighbor. The router
ID appears in the 'show ip ospf' display. The router ID is
internally derived by each router from the interface IP
addresses. This value must be entered in the same format
as an IP address. There is no default.
Enable authentication over virtual link.
