ESCRIPTION
This command is used in the Interface Configuration mode. This command
configures the interval between successive advertisements by the master virtual
router in a VRRP group. The unit is in seconds unless the optional "msec"
parameter is specified.

Refers to the priority level which ranges between
1- 254.

Specifies the group number. It is in the range 1 - 8.
By default the timer value is configured in seconds.
Its in the range: 1 - 255 seconds.
The timer value can be configured in milliseconds
by using the keyword 'msec'. Its in the range:
50 - 999 milliseconds.
