ESCRIPTION
This command is used in the Interface Configuration mode. This command
specifies the length of time (in seconds) between the hello packets that OSPF
sends on an interface.

enables OSPF MD5 authentication.
The values for the key-id and key arguments must match the values specified for
other neighbors on a network segment.
