ESCRIPTION
This command is used in the Router Configuration mode. This command is used
to calculate the interface cost based on the reference bandwidth.
The OSPF metric is calculated as the reference bandwidth value divided by the
bandwidth, with reference bandwidth equal to 10

This command is used in the Router Configuration mode. This command restarts
OSPF router if only process ID is specified. For other parameters, it restarts the
specified counters/feature.
