The Chassis Clock setting is used to configure the timing source for all test ports in the
MPA chassis to the specified External-clock or to the Internal-clock, with various clock-
out options. Also, each test port in the chassis can independently use a
recovered/looped timing mode.
By default, the transmitted signals default to an Internal clock with no output.
To set the chassis clock:
1. Connect an External clock reference to either the SCM-210's RJ-48 or SMA
Clock In/Out Ports.
2. Remotely log into to the MPA's IP Address with the Remote Client software.
3. Select the System tab and choose Misc.
4. Select Chassis Clock. The Chassis Clock dialog box appears.
5. Select one of the following External or Internal clock reference options.
