ODU-n Selected. This button toggles the Add/Drop ODU
LEDs, A/D OH bytes, and Settings between the ODU-n levels.
This button is only displayed when configured for a multi-
level ODTU Add/Drop mapping.
Add/Drop Optical Transport Unit. Indicates if the Add/Drop
mapping is detecting any OTU Section Monitoring alarms such
as LOF, OOF, LOM, or OOM. This is a Summary LED.
This LED is only displayed when configured for a multi-level
or multi-channel ODTU Add/Drop mapping.
If this LED is red, click the LED text (Add/Drop OTU) to
display a detailed LED window with all of the Add/Drop OTU
alarms.
Multi-Channel Add/Drop. This is a Summary LED that
indicates if an error or alarm has been detected on any of the
multi-channel ODTU Add/Drop channels.
This LED is only displayed when configured for a multi-
channel ODTU Add/Drop mapping.
Add/Drop Optical Data Unit. Indicates current error, alarm,
and event activity for the Add/Drop ODU Path Monitoring. This
is a status LED.
LEDs in this section are only displayed when configured for
a multi-level or multi-channel ODTU Add/Drop mapping.
Bit Interleaved Parity 8 (A/D ODU). This is an error LED.
Backward Error Indication (A/D ODU). This is an error LED.
