Select the Supply Voltage button to change the CFP8's supply voltage from the Circuit
Pack's voltage-regulator, and choose between Voltage or Percent Offset.
When Voltage is selected, then the user can enter a voltage level from 3.135 to
3.465, which is the range of 3.30v +/- 5%.
When Percent Offset is selected, then the user can enter a percentage offset of
the 3.30v value, ranging from 5.0 to -5.0.
Warning: Always verify the voltage level being entered is within the specified
voltage range for the CFP8 module, as erroneous voltage levels can cause permanent
damage to the CFP8 module.
Caution: This settings change will persist after power cycles, and should be used
with caution.
Notice: The default voltage level for this setting is 3.30 Volts.
The CFP Info 2 screen also displays the following information:
Active Supply Voltage - The DC voltage level being supplied to the CFP8
module from the Circuit Pack's voltage-regulator.
Active Supply Power - The CFP8 module's Current Power consumption, in
Watts.
Temperature - The CFP8 module's internally measured Temperature, in degree
Celsius.
MLD Test - SFP Info
The SFP Info screen displays common information from the pluggable SFP28 or SFP+
module's 2-wire (I2C) interface, as programmed by the module's manufacturer.
The SFP Info screen can also be used to write to the SFP's serial addresses as per the
SFF-8636 Specification.
The following 2-wire (I2C) Serial Addresses are compliant with SFF-8636
(Specification for Management Interface for Cabled Environments, Rev 2.7 January 26,
2016), Table 6-15 Upper Page 00h Memory Map.
