The following parameters are measured for the incoming errors:
Error count using an 11-digit format
Average error rate using an N.NNe-N format
Current error rate using an N.NNe-N format

Add/Drop Errors - When configured for a Multi-Channel or Multi-Level Add/Drop
mapping, the system can monitor and report errors on the incoming Add/Drop
ODU Mapping. The Add/Drop Errors function provides a detailed analysis of the
incoming error as described below.
The following OTN Add/Drop errors can be monitored:
For multi-level ODTU Add/Drop mappings, the following Add/Drop errors are
monitored for each ODU-j level.

Alarms - The system can monitor and report alarms and their duration on the
incoming OTN signal. The alarms are shown in duration of the alarm in seconds.
