MPA units with the SCM-210 card can be configured for a variety of Internal and
External Clock In/Out references, to support the RJ-48 CLK-A In/Out port or the SMA
CLK-B In/Out port.
If your MPA unit has an AM4022 Processor and a MCH card then refer to the
AM4022 Processor and a MCH card

The transmit signals derive their data's timing source from the
system's Internal Stratum 3 clock source.
