SDH Asynchronous: The Optical Channel Payload
Unit (OPU) of the foreground ODU-j Mapping is
Asynchronous with the rest of the OTN frame, and the
payload data is defined by the configuration settings
on the SDH tab.
SONET Synchronous: The Optical Channel Payload
Unit (OPU) of the foreground ODU-j Mapping is
synchronized with the rest of the OTN frame, and the
payload data is defined by the configuration settings
on the SONET tab.
SONET Asynchronous: The Optical Channel
Payload Unit (OPU) of the foreground ODU-j Mapping
is Asynchronous with the rest of the OTN frame, and
the payload data is defined by the configuration
settings on the SONET tab.
PRBS: The foreground ODU-j Mapping is configured
with a PRBS pattern.
Null Client: The foreground ODU-j Mapping is
configured with an All Zeros pattern.
GFP: The foreground ODU-j Mapping is configured
with a GFP Payload.
ITU-T G.709 Sup43 7.3: The foreground ODU-2
Mapping is configured for a 10Gbps LAN mapping,
with a GFP-F structure, per ITU-T G.709 Supplement
43 Section 7.3. (Only available when the lowest
Add/Drop Mapping is ODU-2)
41G LAN: The foreground ODU-3 Mapping is
configured for a 41Gbps LAN mapping. (Only available
when the lowest Add/Drop Mapping is ODU-3)
41G PRBS: The foreground ODU-3 Mapping is
configured for a 41Gbps PRBS payload
mapping. (Only available when the lowest Add/Drop
Mapping is ODU-3)
41G NULL: The foreground ODU-3 Mapping is
configured for a 41Gbps Null Client (All Zeros) payload
mapping. (Only available when the lowest Add/Drop
Mapping is ODU-3)
The following ODU-0 Mapping options are available when
the lowest Add/Drop mapping is ODU-0.
