GFP (Generic Frame Protocol) - Specific Tasks Overview
(Specifically for GFP testing on the Packet tab)
This section includes tasks that are specific to testing GFP mappings from OTN and
SONET/SDH.

Extension-Header Error Check error status LED
Indicates that one or more Correctable or Uncorrectable
eHEC errors were detected.
Type-Header Error Check error status LED
Indicates that one or more Correctable or Uncorrectable
tHEC errors were detected.
Payload-Frame Check Sequence error status LED
Superblock-Frame Check Sequence error status LED
GFP-T mode only
Frame Check Sequence error status LED
Pattern Synchronization alarm status LED
Indicates a loss of pattern synchronization in at least one
of the 4 streams. This is an alarm LED.
Bit error status LED
Indicates a detected BIT error in at least one of the 4
streams.
Sequence error status LED
Indicates a sequence error detected in at least one of the
4 streams.
