Some settings such as Interface are always coupled,
regardless of the Settings Control mode.
Pass Thru Mode Activates or deactivates passthru mode, allowing an
incoming STM signal to pass through the unit without altering
the data in the signal. The following options are available: On
and Off.
When Passthru Mode is turned On, the TX Clock
Reference automatically changes to Recovered.
