Use the Set 1 and Set 2 screens to configure the OTN Transmit parameters.
The following describes the functions that appear on the Set 1 screen.

Passthru Mode
Interface
Description
If Coupled is selected, settings changed on the Transmit
screen will automatically change on the Receive screen as
well.
If Independent is selected, settings established on the
Transmit screen will only affect Transmit mode.
Some settings such as Interface are always coupled,
regardless of the Settings Control mode.
Activates or deactivates passthru mode, allowing an
incoming OTN signal to pass through the unit without altering
the data in the signal. The following options are available: On
and Off.
When Passthru Mode is turned On, the TX Clock
Reference automatically changes to Recovered.
Selects the transmit Interface Rate.
For the MPM-100AR card, the following OTN interface rates
may be available, depending on the selected Port and the
licensed-based test options currently enabled:
