Data Structure Type – 1 byte, categorization of the Frame's data.
Indicates the next protocol (what's in the Payload), unless
R_CTL indicates a control frame.

Frame Control – 3 bytes, contains control information relating to
the frames content's various FC options, such as sequencing
information.

Sequence Identifier – 1 byte,unique identifier for the frame's
Sequence number, just like the frame sequence for IP.

Data Field Control – 1 byte, specifies the presence of, or
absence of, optional headers, and the size, between the frame
header and frame payload.

Sequence Count – 2 bytes, used to count the number of frames
that have been transmitted in a sequence

Originator Exchange ID – 2 bytes, provides association of frames
within specific exchanges originating at a particular port. It is
assigned by the initiator, used to group related sequences.

Responder Exchange ID – 2 bytes, provides the same function
for the exchange responder that the OX_ID provides for the
Exchange Originator, but assigned by a target node.
