The MPM-400G card does not support Y.1564 performance testing.
Y.1564 Service Configuration and Testing
How to enable Y.1564 test mode:
1. Select the desired test interface rate.
2. Verify appropriate network connections such as power levels, valid link state, etc.
3. Select the Perf Test > Conf tab
4. Select the Test button and enable the Y.1564 selection
