SDH Transmit Screens and Functions
The transmit section allows you to configure the transmit signal parameters used in
SDH operations.
The following transmit functionalities are available through the SDH Transmit screen:

Set > Set 1
•
Set > Set 2
•
SOH
•
POH
•
PTR
•
APS
•
Error Alarm
SDH Transmit - Set / Set 1
Use the Set 1 and Set 2 screens to configure the SDH Transmit parameters.
The following describes the functions that appear on the Set 1 screen.

Description
If Coupled is selected, settings changed on the Transmit
screen will automatically change on the Receive screen as
well.
If Independent is selected, settings established on the
Transmit screen will only affect Transmit mode.
