SR4, etc.
Nominal bit rate per channel, units of
250 Mbps.
Displays the module's Vendor
(manufacturer) Name.
Displays the module's Vendor OUI
(Organizationally Unique Identifier,
IEEE company ID).
Displays the module's Part Number
(model number).
Displays the module's revision level.
Displays the module's Serial Number.
Displays the module's vendor
(manufacturer) date, in the format
YYMMDD.
e.g., 150310 = March 10, 2015
