Refit the catalytic converters (
Refit the front removable subframe (
Refit the front wheelhouses (

Replace the seal on the secondary air pipe
flange and fit on the left hand exhaust
manifold.
Hand tighten the two screws (6).
Fit the secondary air valve (3) in its seat and
fasten by hand tightening the two screws (4).
Fix the secondary air pipe to the left hand
cylinder head cover with the clamp and
fastener screw (5).
